What Is Modem Official Firmware?
Modem Official Firmware is a software program file developed by a manufacturer to upgrade their modem device operating system, This official firmware will fix the problem if your modem device gets stuck with "No Service" error while unlocking your modem or repairing the IMEI number.

- First, you need to install the modem USB drivers on your computer (if you have already installed it, skip this step).
- Turn OFF your modem device and boot into the bootloader mode and connect to the computer using the microdata cable, (Remove and insert the battery> Press and hold the Power+Reset button> When the modem lights flicker, it means your device is in boot mode).
- When your device successfully connected to the computer, you'll see COMPORT's "FC - Application Interface, FC - PC UI Interface" in the Device Manager.
- Now run the official firmware setup file and click on the Start button.
- The official firmware setup program will then detect and flash your modem device, and as soon as the flashing process is complete, your device will automatically turn on in normal mode.
- Your modem device now flashed successfully with the official firmware.
